VICTORIA PLAZA
Reinforced.
Reinforced the existing rebar using Mapei Planitop 23 and carbon fibre mesh to provide added strength, durability, and structural reinforcement.
Waterproofed.
Surface was then waterproofed with a flexible membrane system designed to accommodate movement while preventing water penetration.
Protected.
A durable protective top coat was applied to provide long-lasting protection and a clean, finished surface.
